We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Creative to lead the creative direction of Pop! Slots, ensuring it continues to set new standards in the mobile gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision for Pop! Slots, ensuring all visual elements—3D environments, avatars, UI/UX, animations, and sound—are cohesive and enhance the overall player experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the game’s innovative edge.
• Creative Department Management: Inspire and lead multidisciplinary creative team leaders, including 2D, 3D, animation, and UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Monetization, marketing, and other departments to ensure that the creative vision is realized across all aspects of the game.
• Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative ideas and techniques into the game’s design to keep Pop! Slots at the forefront of the social casino gaming space.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and consistency of all visual assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence and contribute to a seamless and engaging player experience.
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop the skills of team members, promoting professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic Input: Actively contribute to the studio’s management team, providing insights and recommendations that align with the company’s broader strategic goals.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in the gaming industry, with a proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful projects, ideally within the mobile gaming sector.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary art teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Creative Vision: A strong creative vision with the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual designs that resonate with players and enhance gameplay.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
