Head of Marketing

easy app is a local search technology and platform to find business, events, and basically everything. We are the largest marketplace in Israel with over 3 million unique visitors per month and a wide variety of uses.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead all our marketing activities.

You'll be responsible for the entire cycle, from strategy to execution at all marketing Channels, online and offline

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage our marketing strategy and plans to optimize business goals
• Responsibility for easy brand. increase brand awareness and strengthen the emotional connection between the brand its users and costumers
• Provide reporting and analysis on core results to all stakeholders
• Maximize the potential of new and existing marketing channels to ensure business growth
• Build relationships and partnerships with different brands and agencies to strengthen easy brand presence
• Work collaboratively with designers, products, and developers
• Manage retention, push and email marketing
• Manage product marketing and user acquisition strategy

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience leading B2B/B2C marketing
• A professional with a creative mindset, skilled at excelling in dynamic environments, and proficient in innovatively experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven customer-obsessed mindset
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools i.e Google Analytics, Mixpanel,...
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-managed, independent with a can-do attitude with a hunger for challenge and opportunity
