About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead the development and enhancement of our IT service management products. In this role, you will define and drive the product roadmap, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure successful execution. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, creating roadmaps, and delivering features that meet customer needs and market demands. Additionally, you will play a key role in evangelizing our products through various go-to-market (GTM) activities, including webinars, analyst briefings, and sales enablement training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. Drive product strategy and roadmap decisions based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Design, to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables. Routinely engage with customers, field teams, and subject matter experts to gather feedback and advocate for customer interests.
• Requirement Prioritization: Prioritize product requirements based on business objectives, revenue goals, customer feedback, and market needs. Make data-driven decisions and write detailed product requirements, focusing on the “What” and “When” while drilling down to the “How” as needed.
• Product Evangelism: Act as a product champion at industry events, seminars, customer briefings, and internal engagements. Stay updated on technological advancements and ensure the products remain competitive and relevant.
• Leadership: Lead with confidence and manage ambiguity effectively. Ensure that product plans meet internal and stakeholder expectations regarding quality, budget, delivery timelines, and overall strategy.

Your Experience:

• Product Management: 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with technical SaaS products.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, partners, and analysts, and gather feedback accurately.
• Strategic and Operational Thinking: Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain Expertise: Experience in IT service management, IT asset management, network discovery, or process automation.
• AI/ML Experience: Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies is an advantage.
