A global growing fintech SU company is looking for a NOC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage a 24/7 NOC team to monitor services.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for incident management, service monitoring, and escalation protocols.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and quick resolution of issues.

Ensure redundancy and disaster recovery strategies are in place and effective.

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to NOC staff.

Analyze system performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Report on service metrics and incident trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building and managing a NOC or similar operational team.

Strong understanding of network operations, incident management, and disaster recovery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Relevant certifications and technical expertise are a plus.
