Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Data to lead our data strategy and operations . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance, with specialized knowledge in the payment domain. This role is critical for driving data initiatives and leveraging the data to assist in making business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and drives business growth.
• Data Modeling: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data models that support business processes and decision-making, with a focus on payments data.
• Architecture: Lead the development of scalable and efficient data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, design, define, and other data storage solutions.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to ensure data initiatives are aligned with business needs, delivery oriented.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data management and analytics.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing data team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities and high interpersonal skills.
