About the job:

Full time job- from the office

Responsibilities:

Leads a team (as well as by himself/herself) to design, develop, evaluate and conduct testing and verification activities with focus on SW, Controls, Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics aspects and concludes this with formal reporting

Defines, implements, and maintains reliable and reproducible testing methodologies and equipment

Takes part in Integration and Reliability Activities

Trains, develops and manages performance of Verification Team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science or related technical degree/or equivalent professional engineering experience/Practical engineer in relevant fields

Hands on experience with SW QA/Verification of >5 years

Hands on experience with HW Testing/Verification – an advantage

Experience in technically leading QA/Verification team for complex Systems for >3 years

Customer Focus, Accurate, Quality driven, Tech Savvy, Drives Results, Manages Conflict, Apply test frameworks/methodologies – a must

Proven experience with Reliability testing, Performance and load testing, Automation testing – an advantage

Strong People and Team Leading skills

Strong Multitasking capability
