Marketing BI Analyst

We are looking for a talented BI marketing analyst who deeply understands online marketing performance measurement. In this unique position, you will take part in decision-making processes and proactively guide our Marketing & Sales activities based on data analysis and statistical tools.

You will work independently and as a team member on the most interesting and innovative analysis tools available in the online industry. The ideal candidate understands the standard workflows and metrics of digital advertising and user engagement and is a master at slicing and dicing data to obtain meaningful insights.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data models (ETL)
• Provide actionable insights to all marketing teams
• Analyze and forecast efficiency of different marketing channels, campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Create compelling reports which can transform marketing numbers into comprehensible insights
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Information System, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a BI developer/analyst
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL - must
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data flows (ETL) - must
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau / Looker) - must
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Python - advantage
• Experience working with machine learning technologies — advantage
• Detail-oriented and a strong communicator
• Fluent English (both verbal and written)
