Full Stack Team Leader

abra R&D seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team.

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will oversee a dynamic group of 9 developers (6 existing + 3 new hires) working on cutting-edge products in the cloud communication sector.

You'll be responsible for technical leadership, team mentoring, and collaboration with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience, with a focus on front-end technologies
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of 5-6 developers
• Expertise in React and Java
• Strong experience with cloud technologies, especially GCP
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment strategies
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, including 2-week sprint management
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in developing with GCP, graphs, tables, dashboards, and component-based architectures
• Experience with cloud-based communication solutions
• Familiarity with Java development (future potential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 9 developers across two product lines
• Oversee the initial integration of 3 new developers, including buddy system implementation
• Collaborate directly with senior management during the team's growth phase
• Drive architectural decisions and implement best practices
• Ensure smooth communication between development teams and other departments
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in an Agile environment
