We are in the process of creating an innovative startup at the forefront of Global Institutional and Corporate FX Hedging solution, dedicated to transforming how businesses and institutional investors manage currency risk on a global scale. Our advanced solutions will provide clients with the tools and insights needed to effectively hedge against foreign exchange volatility and safeguard their financial interests across international markets. 

We are seeking a Co-Founder an experienced leader to take on the role of CEO.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and oversee all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning to execution, establishing a strong foundation for sustainable growth and market leadership.
• Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on driving growth, increasing market share, and enhancing profitability. Continuously refine our product offerings through in-depth market research and validation.
• Business Development: Drive business development initiatives, including forging strategic partnerships, securing key accounts, and expanding the company’s footprint in the global FX hedging market.
• Capital Raising: Lead capital raising efforts by effectively pitching to investors and securing the necessary funding to support our growth ambitions.
• External Representation: Serve as the primary representative of the company to external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients, articulating our vision and values.

·       Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and industry-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Executive Experience: Proven experience in executive leadership roles, ideally as a CEO or Founder within the global FX hedging or financial technology sectors.
• Capital Raising & Sales Expertise: Strong track record in capital raising and sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in competitive markets.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the global FX hedging or financial technology industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory environments.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A passion for innovation, with a proven ability to disrupt traditional markets and drive technological advancement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and leading teams while effectively engaging with external stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach to leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. We are searching for a visionary leader with deep expertise in global FX hedging and a passion for technology-driven innovation.
