Job Description:

As a Monday.com Implementer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Monday.com workflows for our clients. Your expertise will help businesses improve their project management, sales processes, and overall productivity. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the Monday.com platform to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Work with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals to tailor Monday.com solutions accordingly.

• Design & Implementation: Set up and configure Monday.com boards, workflows, and automations to optimize project management, CRM, and operational processes.

• Customization: Customize Monday.com templates, dashboards, and automations to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Training & Support: Provide training to clients on how to use Monday.com effectively, including best practices for managing workflows and tracking progress.

• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the client’s Monday.com setup to ensure it remains aligned with their evolving business needs.

• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of the implemented solutions and provide clients with user guides as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Monday.com implementation, customization, and optimization.

• Strong understanding of project management, CRM, and workflow automation.

• Ability to translate client requirements into effective Monday.com solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support clients remotely.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for helping businesses improve their processes.

• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
