Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Networking Engineer at Challenge Group. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and managing networking infrastructure to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• 5 years of experience as an IT Networking engineer - must
• Information Technology expertise
• Network Security knowledge
• Networking experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
