Procurement Specialist

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join us. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the procurement process and managing the company's inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing mobile devices from various suppliers including online purchases and develop contacts with new suppliers around the world
• Creating a rapid procurement plan for urgent requests
• Managing and building the import process of new devices on the market as part of the procurement process
• Reflecting supply forecasts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Managing ongoing interface with other teams regarding the collection of needs and routing procurement to different platforms
• Managing the company’s IT hardware inventory
• Issuing equipment to employees as part of routine operations
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in procurement and inventory processes
• Technological affinity
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good business instincts and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
