Director of growth & online marketing

EDEN Gallery, a leading international art gallery with locations in NY, Aspen, Miami, Las Vegas, London, Dubai, and Mykonos, is looking for an experienced Director of growth & online marketing with an enthusiastic personality and strong passion for working. 

Our Director will work in our head office which is located in our beautiful gallery in Tel Aviv. 

As the Director of growth & online marketing at EDEN gallery, you will be at the forefront of driving B2C growth through various marketing strategies, both paid and organic initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the organization's profitable growth efforts across multiple channels, ensuring an impactful presence in the market. Your analytical skills, creative thinking, and leadership capabilities will be essential in leading a team responsible for PPC, SEO, PMM, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, PR and more. 

This senior professional will work directly with the CMO, and will fully own all growth and online marketing operations to ensure profitable growth. Working with the existing team, assessing and developing the organization based on OKRs and KPIs built together with the CMO. 

We expect our Director not only to develop existing growth engines but to explore new opportunities and embrace an entrepreneurial spirit leading the team and others.

The main pillars & Responsibilities:

1. Team leadership & building:

Map the team structure for optimization & lead the team while growing future managers.

2. Demand generation (Lead generation & growth engines)- Profitably generate leads through optimizing and expanding existing and new GEs. PPC, SEO, Email marketing, Affiliates, Automation etc…

3. Gallery traffic/visits - increase traffic to our global galleries, nominally and on special occasions (events & 

exhibitions). 

4. Website & digital assets ecosystem management.

Manage from A to Z our digital assets, characterizing new assets, optimizing CR and increasing traffic amount 

and quality.

Requirements:

Vast & proven experience in high level managing of Growth 

Experience in working in a global company 

Team player with excellent leadership skills, keen analytical abilities, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Collaborative working with other departments.

Must have an excellent English (both written and spoken).
