Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the technology sector. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a contract role: 8-10 months

Hybrid role: In office 3 days per week - Tuesday-Wednesday

What you will do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering & product management roles.
• Partner with engineering & product management leaders for key technical roles.
• Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messaging to engage passive engineering talent.
• Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Drive the interview processes and approach to successfully evaluate + excite candidates.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience full-lifecycle recruiting experience on SWE roles.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
• Proven ability to source your own pipelines with success.
• Demonstrated success in hiring top technical talent at a premier tech company and/or high-growth startup.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
