We are hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Team Lead to join our fast-paced sales team.
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will lead a group of highly motivated sales development representatives (SDRs) to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and coaching SDRs, along with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies in the SaaS industry.
- Lead the global SDR Function
- Design, implement, and manage the associated processes
- Build and maintain cadences
- Build automation where possible
- Ensure data hygiene
- Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs both locally and globally
- Coach and provide insights that will enable each individual toward target obtainment
- Manage individual outputs focused on Account research, Calls, Emails, LinkedIn messages, etc
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, GTM to develop and execute strategies and collateral
- Native English - written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales development team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
