Zemingo is looking for an Executive Studio Manager

Zemingo is looking for a visionary and experienced Studio Manager to lead our product design teams and drive the creation of innovative digital products and services for a diverse global clientele.

In Zemingo, you will be a leader and drive our work, bridge the needs and challenges of our clients, and oversee the solutions and implementation of it, managing budget, timeline, work assignment, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in the field.
• 5+ years leading design and UX processes.
• 3+ years managing teams or studios.
• Proven project management experience (budget/timeline/people/client).
• Multidisciplinary experience (mobile, desktop, various fields/technologies).
• Passion for design and innovation, with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
• Proven management experience in leading a large design studio or team with a strong digital product portfolio. International team management is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting and task management.
• Sales and client management experience, including professional leadership in sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong mentorship abilities for training managers and designers.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and design methodologies, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe CC, Figma, etc.
• High-level English proficiency.
