Vice President of International Operations

IWI is seeking a Vice President of International Operations to lead and manage our overseas manufacturing plant.

The role involves the following responsibilities:

• Developing and executing long-term operational strategies for the manufacturing facility.
• Comprehensive management of production processes, planning, quality control, and efficiency.
• Ensuring adherence to production, quality, and cost targets.
• Leading and managing the workforce at the overseas facility.
• Managing the plant’s budget and optimizing operational processes.
• Establishing and managing international operational infrastructures.
• Coordinating with the parent company in Israel and global partners.
• Frequent international travel is required.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in establishing and managing significant and strategic manufacturing operations.
• In-depth understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and operations.
• Experience in managing teams of 100 employees or more.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in leading complex industrial operations.
• High proficiency in English.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
• Familiarity with the metalworking and machining industry is an advantage.
• Experience working with India is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
