Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers to design and implement AI solutions using available data, tailored to the needs of traders and platform users.
• Train and fine-tune AI models to improve trading tools, risk management systems, and user support features.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality within the trading platform.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models in real-time trading environments, making adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers and other team members on AI-related projects, with a focus on enhancing trader success.
• Document AI implementation processes, creating clear guidelines and best practices for future projects within the platform.
• Stay informed on the latest AI technologies and methodologies, bringing innovative ideas to improve our trading platform and support services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in AI engineering, with a focus on implementing practical AI solutions in a business or trading environment.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with software developers.
• Ability to translate trading platform needs into technical AI solutions that are practical and effective.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and model training techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI implementation.
