We are excited to announce an opening for a Marketing Communications Manager at our dynamic group. This role is essential for managing all aspects of our marketing communications across various sectors, including residential, urban renewal, construction, and completions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Management: Oversee comprehensive marketing communications for the group, including product specifications, plans, branding, and project positioning.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, create marketing materials, and manage promotional activities.
• Budget Management: Build and manage project marketing budgets, including planning, execution, data analysis, and achieving high sales targets.
• Material Production: Produce marketing materials, and collaborate with advertising agencies and printing houses.
• Partnership Development: Establish urban and business partnerships to support projects.
• Advertising Management: Oversee group and project advertising, manage the advertising agency, plan and execute advertising campaigns, handle creative and media planning, and monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness to meet sales needs.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Manager in a real estate development company – essential.
• Advertising: Minimum of 3 years in advertising, including campaign planning, management, and media.
• Digital Systems: Experience with digital sales systems such as Bambi, Salesforce, and similar tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Design Sensibility: Strong design and graphic understanding.
• Office Proficiency: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain professional and personal relationships with colleagues, suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Creative and professional problem-solving skills.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with information systems and CRM tools, with the ability to learn and use new technological tools. Experience with Priority is a plus.
