We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in marketing, sales, and project management. This role involves driving business development, managing complex projects, and providing organizational consulting services to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
- Client Acquisition and Sales:
- Identify and establish connections with potential clients, transforming leads into business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiation.
- Client Communication:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the consulting process, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Present results and reports to clients in a professional and comprehensible manner.
Professional Areas: 3. Project Management:
- Lead complex projects from inception to final delivery, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Design and optimize workflows and streamline systems across various organizations.
- Organizational Consulting:
- Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and information flow to provide recommendations for efficiency and performance improvement.
- Develop performance improvement plans and manage organizational change initiatives tailored to each client's specific needs.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred. A Master's degree in relevant fields (Management, Marketing, Consulting, Economics) is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in project management, including working in a dynamic environment with multiple clients.
- Experience working in a consulting firm with a deep understanding of business processes and organizational efficiency.
- Experience in marketing and sales, with the ability to lead sales processes with senior clients.
- Professional Skills:
- High analytical capabilities with a focus on data analysis and informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management and analytical software (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Power BI, ERP).
- Deep understanding of operational and strategic models for managing complex systems.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver professional presentations and manage negotiations.
- Independence, initiative, and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with senior stakeholders.
Advantages:
- Familiarity with change management, Lean Management, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Experience managing clients across various sectors (e.g., high-tech, industry, services).
- Knowledge in digital marketing and use of modern marketing platforms.
Employment Terms:
- Full-time position
- Willingness to travel for work, including client meetings within the country.
