Description:

Responsible for meeting recruitment and revenue targets. Managing all marketing activities including initiation, pricing, building support processes, implementation, and control. Defining pricing policy, maintaining promotions, supporting sales needs. Responsible for retaining existing subscribers, including initiating and leading retention processes, churn prevention, and loyalty enhancement. Identifying growth sources to increase revenue and deepen relationships with existing customers. Leading multi-interface projects within and outside the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics/Business Administration. Experienced Marketing Manager - proven experience in building marketing plans in a large organization. Product management experience. High analytical ability. Leading complex processes and projects and driving interfaces. Ability to work under pressure. Consumer understanding and creative thinking.
