Head of Strategy and Product Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a Head of Strategy and Product Marketing to join the executive team and serve as a central leader in the company's strategic and product marketing initiatives. The role involves formulating and implementing marketing strategies, managing the product lifecycle, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and leading the product marketing team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead innovative marketing strategies for the company's products.

- Manage and guide the product marketing team.

- Formulate comprehensive marketing plans and coordinate them with internal and external teams.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and marketing opportunities.

- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to achieve business goals.

- Create clear and focused marketing messages and develop marketing and support materials.

- Monitor product performance, prepare analytical reports, and present insights to the management.

- Manage relationships with strategic partners and key clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.

- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in strategy or product marketing in a tech company.

- Experience in managing product marketing teams and developing marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

- High proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
