Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented and highly motivated experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the CEO 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management and development of our product offerings, ensuring they meet market demands, and exceed customer expectations with high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product execution and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and specification to launch and post-launch support.
• User Stories & Requirements: Write clear and detailed user stories and product requirements for new features and improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure products meet high standards of quality and reliability.
• Customer Insight: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and inform future product development.
• User Experience: Ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience and meets high standards of quality and reliability.
• Agile Methodology: Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes and deliver continuous improvements.
• Release Management: Plan and execute product releases, including beta testing and go-live activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS and Sales Intelligence industry
• Detail-oriented with a focus on strong execution skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with remote R&D teams 
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets
