Position Title: Launch Coordinator

Location: Israel, with a few business trips a year.

Reports To: VP Commercial operation.

Position Summary: The Launch Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of new pharmaceutical products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with various departments, including marketing, regulatory affairs, finance, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure successful and as early as possible product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans for new products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the launch are aligned and executed on time.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet launch goals.

Project Management:

• Lead project management efforts for product launches, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to the launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, sales, finance, supply chain and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Work with Gantt charts and computerized reporting system (CRM).

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges for new product launches.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize market penetration and product adoption.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all launch activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to secure necessary approvals and clearances.

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Support the sales and marketing teams during the pre-launch and launch phases.
• Develop training materials and resources to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools.

Post-Launch Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of new product launches.
• Generate post-launch reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing).
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product launch management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
