Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Process Engineer to independently execute and manage crystallization processes and related analytical tasks. This role also involves daily lab operations, , purchasing, and maintaining materials and equipment, as well as collaborating with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct crystallization reactions and relevant analytical procedures
• Develop and design new processes and workflows to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality
• Specify equipment requirements and collaborate with vendors to acquire and install machinery
• Additional duties as assigned by the VP R&D, aligned with your expertise

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, fast learner with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a plus
• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
• Proven experience in operating chemical lab equipment is essential
• Experience with chemical reactors is a plus
• Familiarity with crystallization processes is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant analytical methods such as UV-Vis spectroscopy, SEM, DLS/Laser diffraction, and FTIR is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in English
