What You Will Do?

As a Customer Support representative supporting customers across Israel, you will have the unique opportunity to communicate with every area of the business, learning about our products and solutions while gaining a wide range of exposure to other teams.

You will help us in our mission to solve our customer's problems.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and provide customer support regarding software and related hardware solutions
• Configure & install new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Take ownership of client's issues to resolution

• Demonstrated work experience providing customer support on site or as Tier 1

• Problem-solving & troubleshooting skills - to solve a varied range of technical issues across different systems and escalate when necessary
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with LAN/WAN
• Good working knowledge of wireless communications, wiring/cabling, or similar
