Global Payroll Controller leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company payroll team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources to succeed and to be professional.
• Stay updated and act according to the changes that are in the law.
• Ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
• Maintain, develop and implement global payroll, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers and teams to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and payroll agencies worldwide.

Requirements:

• Certified Israel Payroll Controller.
• 5+ years of experience in local payroll processes.
• Experience of working with payroll institutions and insurance agents.
• Experience with Global payroll and vendor management.
• Experience with multi-currency payroll processing.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Can-do positive approach.
• Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, Ability to work and solve issues independently.
