UI Lead Artist

We are looking for a UI Lead Artist to join our team. As a UI Lead Artist you will be responsible for managing and guiding an art UI team alongside giving creative solutions for different challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate and master the games' UI style ensuring it's aligned with the target demographic and product goals
• Lead a consistent UI style across all monetization domains of the product at all times and set the highest quality bar for UI.
• Make sure that all the projects are delivered to the game in accordance to the technical requirements of the project
• Enhance coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing into the daily team activities
• Collaborate closely with the Product team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align your projects with the overall artistic vision and product requirements.
• Support the creative and professional development of the artists
• Manage the artists performance to create a healthy and productive art department
  
  

• Proven track record in a UI management role, with the ability to define, communicate and lead an artistic vision.
• Extensive experience in high-quality visual decision-making and Hands-on problem solving
• Experienced in creating storyboards and other necessary documentation
• Experience and passion for coaching, developing and leading artists
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop
• Excellent knowledge of Composition, Line, Typographics.
• The ability to brainstorm and contribute effectively within a creative team, bringing your unique ideas and perspectives to the table.
