Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
• Write and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents to communicate the vision, objectives, and functional requirements of new products or features to the development team and other stakeholders.
• Backlog Management:
• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and understood by all stakeholders.
• Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Customer Focus:
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs are central to the product development process.
• Performance Tracking
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on product status, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
• Ensure alignment between the product team and other departments.
  

• Education and Experience
• Advantage- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS company. Ideally in the HR industry.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Experience in the HR tech industry or familiarity with HR processes and tools.
• Skills and Competencies:
• The ideal candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing continuous experimentation, iterating on solutions as our product evolves.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
