eMarketmed, a leading performance marketing agency, is seeking a meticulous Finance & Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for organization, and is passionate about ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep track of company billing, ensure timely money collections, and manage accounts receivable.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of employee salaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare financial reports, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with daily office tasks and assignments to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Help with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a CPA, accountant, or in a similar finance-related role
- In-depth understanding of accounting practices, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in managing billing processes, accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collection of payments
- Hands-on experience with payroll preparation and distribution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial reports, track expenses, and support budgeting processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the ad tech industry or with media or affiliate marketing agencies is a big plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and performance metrics.
