Work Schedule: 3 days per week in-office during the first few months, with the opportunity to move to a full-time position.

Overview:

We seek a motivated and technically skilled Helpdesk Junior with at least two years of experience in Helpdesk support to join our client's team in Raanana. In this role, you will provide essential support to end-users, helping to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. You will be part of the IT team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for users facing computer issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Google Workspace, Active Directory, and other standard systems.
• Make sure to resolve hardware and software malfunctions quickly.
• Make sure to escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
• Offer high-quality technical support to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in Helpdesk roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues with computers and related equipment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to support.
