Job Overview:

The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for managing our CRM system and proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote our range of aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the aesthetics industry. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and achieving our monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate client data and effective segmentation.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce them to our aesthetic services, promotions, and special offers.
• Develop and execute telemarketing campaigns to drive bookings for consultations and treatments.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments booked, and revenue generated.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Provide regular feedback to management on campaign performance and client feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and treatments in the aesthetic industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and turn potential leads into loyal clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge or interest in aesthetic treatments and services is a plus.
