App Partners Success Manager

Job Description

• Drive the success of the apps on Wix while building strong, effective relationships with app developers
• Serve as the primary contact for selected strategic partners, supporting their growth through app optimization, promotions, and identifying cross-company business opportunities
• Act as the voice of app developers within Wix, and advocate for them to ensure their satisfaction and success
• Collaborate with key Wix teams (marketing, product, legal, and others) on projects and tasks to ensure seamless integrations and success for app partners
• Lead initiatives to help app partners thrive, including holiday sales, special deals, events, competitions, certifications, and more
• Serve as the point of contact for all marketing activities related to app partners
• Track and improve strategic app performance by analyzing key success metrics
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in success, account, or partnership management
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in online marketing, eCommerce or related fields
• Data-driven, with confidence in business analysis
• You’re a strategic business thinker with a solid background in product, operations, or marketing
• Skilled in leading cross-company initiatives and driving collaborative efforts
• A team player who builds strong relationships and inspires others to prioritize shared goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passionate about excellence, continuous learning, and personal growth
• Creative problem-solver who excels in collaboration and delivering results
• Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for various audiences - an advantage

The Developer Relations team at Wix. We work closely with our growing 3rd-party app developer community, which includes everyone from individual developers to large organizations across the globe. We review all app submissions, and guide and support our 3rd-party partners’ efforts in delivering great products and solutions for Wix users.
