What will you do in SuperPlay?:

As a QA Operations Team Leader, you will manage a team of QA Operations of in-game monetization events on production.

• Manage a team of QA Operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team lead and work closely to push and improve the live ops performance.
• Work with multiple teams to ensure their live operations strategy to achieve all targets.
• Manage the implementation of events and campaigns, from configuration and testing to production.
• Be responsible for post-production testing and monitoring of live events and promotions.
• Writing and working with test case documentation (STD, STP)
• Proactively push to improve and refine the performance of your team
• Collaborate with all business areas, including the Product, Design, Developers, CRM, Art, and Analytics teams.
  
  

• 1+ years of experience as QA Team Lead in the gaming industry
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer in the gaming industry
• Analytical thinking, ability to think beyond the numbers and understand the full impact of different decisions on the game
• Strong communication skills to work with different stakeholders
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Process-oriented and organization skills
• Ability to shine under pressure
  
  

• Basic familiarity with SQL
