Mobile Engineer

A startup company is developing a B2C product aimed at millions of users, with a strong focus on code quality to create leading consumer apps.

The company is in its early stages and is nearing the closing of a significant Seed round with strategic investors. The company was founded by 4 serial entrepreneurs who have led and managed leading AI and AdTech companies in the industry.

They are looking for the first hires to join the core team and lead the development and architecture of a loyalty platform for mobile gamers.

Located in Tel Aviv, the company offers two remote workdays per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front end components for mobile and web applications using React, React Native, and Angular frameworks.
• Collaborate with the back-end team to design and implement APIs and integration points.
• Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and scalability of applications across various platforms.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the live environment.
• Stay up to date with emerging front end technologies and best practices.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in front end development.
• Experience in mobile app development (hybrid)
• Proficiency in React, React Native, and Angular frameworks.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
