Backend Team Lead

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

As a Software Team Lead, you’ll lead a growing team of very strong software engineers, using bleeding edge technology to solve very complicated challenges. You’ll be working in an extremely fast paced, and ever-changing (and growing) environment. Finally, you’ll collaborate other internal teams in the company to advance Exodigo’s product, by delivering the right software, on time.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and hiring software engineers
• Planning and executing the development of new features
• Participate in product design and feature development
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Hands on- writing reviewing code

Job requirement's:

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of 4+ software engineers
• A production-minded individual with a focus with ability to trade-off between quality and speed.
• Highly motivated

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in building backend applications in the cloud
• Ability to design and implement microservices architectures
