Software Engineer Team Lead

The company provides solutions to hundreds of large corporations, including leading banks, insurance companies, healthcare organizations, media groups, and government agencies worldwide.

Located in central Israel, the company operates a hybrid work model with three work-from-home days. The company has 150 employees.

Role Overview-

Managing a team of 4 employees, with 70% hands-on work in Backend development using Java, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud services.

Requirements-

• BSc in Computer Science with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming

3 years experience of hands-on leading a team in Agile methodology

• 5 years of experience in Backend development of complex systems

• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
