Information Technology Manager

Role Overview: The IT Manager will oversee all company IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across our departments as well as all Cloud deployments, both for internal systems, and as part of Cloud product offering to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure across all locations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Coordinate with the R&D, engineering, and production teams to support the development and manufacturing process.

1. Cloud Services & DevOps:

• Manage and optimize cloud services, including Office 365, ensuring seamless integration, operation and security.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to support the web application, ensuring high availability and performance for global customers.
• Manage company marketing website deployment ensuring 24/7 uptime and proper functionality

1. Compliance & Security:

• Ensure all IT operations comply with the Corporation’s group policies and ISO standards.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company and customer data.
• Build and manage IPsec tunnels, configure firewalls, and oversee other IT products as required.
• Ensure effective use of EDR/XDR solutions, web content filtering, and web application firewalls.

1. Virtualization & Monitoring:

• Manage and maintain virtualized environments, including VMs.
• Oversee monitoring systems, such as Zabbix, to ensure the health and performance of IT infrastructure.

1. Project Management:

• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Manage consulting resources to address specialized IT challenges, ensuring effective solutions are delivered.

1. Support & Troubleshooting:

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to understand and support their IT needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees across all locations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar position, preferably in a product or software company.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services (especially Office 365), and DevOps practices.
• Experience with ISO 27001 compliance and corporate policy adherence.
• Familiarity with network security, including IPsec tunnels, firewall configuration, and web application firewalls.
• Knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions, web content filtering, and security protocols.
• Experience with mail protocols (e.g., SMTP, IMAP), internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPs, SSH), and administrative skills in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Backup solutions, Active Directory, Domain Controllers.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, including VM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to manage consulting resources to solve technical challenges and deliver solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
