Product Manager

A startup company in the Fintech sector develops advanced financial services for end customers and international financial institutions. They have created a digital account application designed for underserved populations, such as foreign workers and other marginalized groups in Israeli society, who do not receive sufficient support from the existing financial system.

Additionally, they have developed a B2B product that offers end-to-end cross-border payment solutions for international financial institutions through an API-based method, enabling real-time money transfers using the most advanced technologies.

The company’s products serve tens of thousands of customers every month, and their financial network covers nearly 100 countries and dozens of payment methods.

The company is backed by financially strong investors, yet they do not rely on investor funds and have tens of thousands of active customers. Located in Tel Aviv, the company allows one day of remote work per week and has about 90 employees, 17 of whom are in R&D.

Role Overview:

• Part of a team, reporting to the Head of Product.
• Independently managing the company’s two products (C2B, B2B) in the Fintech field.
• Managing products on both a Mobile platform and an API infrastructure.
• The role involves 60% Inbound product management, working with all departments in the company, including R&D, Customer Service, Finance, Business Development, etc., and 40% Outbound work with clients, responsibility for the product roadmap, and significant involvement in regulatory matters.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Technical background – development\ QA\ or analysis
• Experience working in a startup company
