Head of Startup Division – Secure Pro AV Multimedia and Cybersecurity

Octally is hiring a Head of Startup Division to lead our product line in the Secure Pro AV and Cybersecurity domain. We are looking for a Manager (Executive Level).

Our product line includes both software products and security solutions based on hardware and software.

The role includes:

• Business Development: Crafting innovative organizational strategies that drive development in response to the competitive environment.
• Performance Management: Utilizing advanced management tools and methods to enhance performance and meet development goals.
• Development Oversight: Monitoring development progress, managing development performance, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Client Integration: Managing the implementation processes with clients.
• Organic Growth: Leading growth initiatives and expanding the solution portfolio.
• Sales Control: Overseeing sales performance.
• Team Management: Responsible for managing the performance of the product team.

Requirements:

• Education in relevant fields – Hardware (Electronics) / Software.
• Experience in a managerial role within development.
• Experience interfacing with clients.
• Strong business acumen and understanding.
• Advantageous to have experience managing a startup unit / end-to-end responsibility from specification, development management (software/hardware), to cross-functional sales team management.
• Preferred background in video companies, command and control companies, or product protection.
