Customer Service Specialist - ESOP at Phoenix Investment House.
ESOP, part of Phoenix Group, provides services in managing employee stock option and equity compensation plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting technical issues on the trading platform, explaining and addressing complex tax matters, preparing tax and sales simulations, generating customized reports, and executing sell orders on both domestic and international stock exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the trading platform.
- Explain and manage complex tax-related issues.
- Prepare tax and sales simulations for clients.
- Generate and customize various reports as needed.
- Execute sell orders on stock exchanges, both locally and globally.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and provide exceptional service to end customers.
Qualifications:
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Proficiency in Excel (including data processing and formula creation).
- Availability for full-time work in Petah Tikva, with the flexibility to work one evening shift per week.
