Software Tech Lead

Commit is seeking a skilled, hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to support 2-4 junior developers while leading the development of three large-scale, critical operational projects. This role involves designing and building high-scale systems that integrate mobile, backend, cloud, and on-premise components with stringent security and availability requirements. You’ll contribute to management systems, control platforms, and BI solutions handling diverse datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead software projects with full R&D responsibility.
• Serve as a tech lead, guiding the technical direction of projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Collaborate with operation and product teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  

• 4-5 years of Full Stack experience
• Backend: Python (FastAPI or Flask)
• Frontend: Vue.js or React
• Microservices architecture knowledge
• Experience with API Gateway, Proxy, WAF, and real-user systems
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
