About Us:
Modelity, a well-established fintech company and a proud member of the LPA Group, is seeking a highly organized and personable Office and Admin Manager. We’re looking for someone with the flexibility to handle both routine tasks and unexpected challenges with ease. This role involves not only office management but also close collaboration with our Finance team, supporting a range of financial tasks. Additionally, the Office and Admin Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
office management:
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, managing correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
- Oversee daily office activities as the primary point of contact in the reception area; provide administrative support to employees, managers, and guests.
- Manage office equipment and supplies, maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- Oversee systems such as Tenbis, attendance reporting, company vehicles, phones, parking, and flight bookings.
Finance Administration:
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure smooth operations, including:
- Banking Operations: Handle banking transactions and inquiries.
- Invoice Management: Process, verify, and record invoices accurately.
- Supplier Payments: Prepare and process payments to suppliers, tracking and ensuring timely payments.
- Payroll Support: Assist in preparing payroll reports and managing employee payroll files.
- Expense Reimbursements: Process and manage employee expense reimbursements efficiently.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor and track all outgoing payments for accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Office, Operations, or Administrative roles).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills—service-oriented, approachable, and eager to assist others.
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong time management skills.
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in English.
