Senior Product Designer

About the role:

Forter is looking for a talented Sr. Product Designer to join the product team based in TLV - A fresh perspective, a big heart, a small ego, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for details. If you are an experienced designer with a good understanding of B2B challenges, and know how to bring joy to data visualization, this one's for you.

During your day-to-day, you will shape, build, and optimize the Forter platform end-to-end to provide intuitive and effective experiences. As a part of the product team, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to build robust products for our top-tier global merchants, while maintaining our brand values.

What you'll be doing:

• End-to-end product design process - Participate in discovery sessions, define user flows, lead the ideation process, and create a delightful product experience.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, CS, and marketing to turn conceptual ideas into a valuable and useful interface.
• Bring yourself, your personality, and your design point of view.
• Take part in strategic long-term planning sessions along with the product team.
• Share and collaborate with the product design team to provide a unified and consistent experience.
  
  

What you'll need:

• 4+ years of product design experience in B2B products and/or data visualization (in more than one product company)
• Experience in solving complex UX problems and user flows for web applications
• A pro in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Previous experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• To be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Have the ability to lead design initiatives independently
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Have good written and spoken English to work internationally.
• Experience in hyper-growth environments.
