The opportunity:

For our strategic site in Kfar Saba we are looking for a team leader to join our production leadership team. We are a leading manufacturing site for Teva sterile Bio similar products and a world expert in sterile products manufacturing.

How you’ll spend your day:

• Managing Teva Israel sterile production commercial lines
• Leading the operation team throughout the shift, while meeting production targets
• Leading projects and operating a wide range of tasks in front of many interfaces in the company (production departments, quality assurance, engineering, R&D)
• Responsibility for providing technical and professional solutions
• Conducting investigations, controlling processes and writing reports
• People management and development

Your experience and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/ Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry/ Industrial Engineering and Management / Life Sciences / other

At least two years of experience in managing employees - also available from the military / volunteer framework

Experience in leading processes and project management

Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels in Teva

High level of English

Knowledge of computers and control of OFFICE applications

Technical background - a significant advantage

work three shifts and overtime
