We are seeking an *Import & Export Coordinator* to join our team and manage the flow of materials from shipment to warehouse, ensuring efficient and compliant logistics operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Coordinate and monitor orders with suppliers in Israel and abroad throughout the supply chain.
* Handle import, export, and DROP shipments, including compliance with regulations, licenses, and approvals.
* Track shipments with international suppliers and local carriers to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams.
* Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and a strong service orientation.

*Requirements:*

* 3-4 years of experience in import/export in an industrial or high-tech company, preferably in electronics or cybersecurity.
* Proven experience in international shipping, including sea and air freight, and customs clearance.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* High-level English proficiency is required.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
