We are seeking an *Import & Export Coordinator* to join our team and manage the flow of materials from shipment to warehouse, ensuring efficient and compliant logistics operations.*Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate and monitor orders with suppliers in Israel and abroad throughout the supply chain.* Handle import, export, and DROP shipments, including compliance with regulations, licenses, and approvals.* Track shipments with international suppliers and local carriers to ensure timely delivery.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams.* Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and a strong service orientation.*Requirements:** 3-4 years of experience in import/export in an industrial or high-tech company, preferably in electronics or cybersecurity.* Proven experience in international shipping, including sea and air freight, and customs clearance.* Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* High-level English proficiency is required.* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):* How many years of experience do you have as an Import & Export Coordinator?* Would a full-time position (8:00-17:00) in Or Akiva be suitable for you?* Do you have experience coordinating both import and export operations?
