Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and integrating systems to retrieve, process, and analyze large volumes of data. This role involves building and maintaining data pipelines, implementing complex data models, and ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data processing jobs using big data technologies.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to process and analyze large data sets.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop new data solutions and algorithms.
• Implement solutions in the cloud environment and work with technologies like PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow.
• Monitor data pipelines to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater scalability and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, Scala, etc.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, and Airflow.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases and data storage solutions.
