One of our clients, a leading company in the digital health industry, is looking to hire a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join their dynamic development team.

This position is essential for ensuring the quality of their innovative health solutions through thorough testing and close collaboration with the development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing complex mobile and backend applications, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on sophisticated mobile and backend applications.
• Create detailed and accurate test plans, including test cases and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects and system issues, working closely with development and QA teams for resolution.
• Work within an Agile environment, following Scrum methodologies.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to decision-making processes based on testing outcomes.
• Maintain overall product quality through regular testing and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with a proactive and motivated mindset.
• 2+ years of proven experience in testing complex mobile and backend applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Solid experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proven experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
