Tier 4 Escalations Engineer JB-3553

We are an innovative start-up company that developers a new kind of cyber security system that is based on a cloud platform that our customers can manage to their own needs.

We are looking for a talented C++/Java developer to provide Tier4 services such as: debug and implement solutions for customer problems, design applications for debugging and supportability, and coordinate between the engineering and delivery teams.

As a part of your job you will:

• Serve as a technical leader solving complex problems and challenging issues originating from customer environments.
• Provide expert product technical leadership to field organizations and engineering, supporting worldwide sales, delivery, and customer satisfaction efforts.
• Build, test, and maintain complex setups replicating real-world customer environments.
• Act as the primary engineering contact for customer escalations, regularly interacting with
• T2/T3 Engineers to escalate cases and assist in troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• At least 5 years of experience in C++ or Java Development.
• Experience with multi-threaded applications and knowledge of concurrency patterns.
• Experience with SQL and running database queries for debugging.
• Proficiency with Linux and a solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in networking, preferably with a CCNA certification.
• Proficient with cloud infrastructures (preferably AWS and Azure).
• Experience with virtualization frameworks.
• Experience with storage protocols (SMB, NFS) is an advantage.
• A team player, self-motivated with ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
