Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in concept development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and crafting original concepts that align with our client’s brand vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the creative process from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and strategic concepts for campaigns and app store assets.
• Create high-quality visual designs for digital platforms, including banners, videos, app store screenshots, social posts, and other graphic elements.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure design concepts align with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
• Foster a collaborative team environment where designers share ideas and provide constructive feedback to one another, enhancing the overall quality of the team's work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Independently manage projects and oversee specific clients from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients to present ideas, receive feedback, and refine concepts and designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and concept development work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing your time effectively and multitasking responsibly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle constructive feedback.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Experience in After Effect/3D - advantage
• Drawing ability - advantage
